Since 1991 I have presented over 250 lectures, seminars, and workshops for physicians, dietitians, nurses, and other health care practitioners, as an invited speaker at professional conferences and continuing education meetings worldwide. In addition, I have spoken on the subject of food allergies and intolerances and related topics to the general public as an invited speaker on numerous occasions.
